Which bicycles are eligible?
We accept:
- Tern, Dahon and Bickerton bicycles purchased from authorised dealers
- Bicycles that are no longer under warranty
- Bicycles purchased from authorised dealers that have since ceased operations
- Complete bicycles with the following essential components:
- Frame
- Wheels
- Handlebars
- Seat post
- Saddle
Cannot find your receipt or warranty registration?
Don’t worry. If you have misplaced your original receipt or cannot locate your warranty registration, we may still be able to verify your ownership.
Email us at checkmybikeshop@gmail.com with as much of the following information as possible:
- Name used during registration
- Bicycle brand and model
- Frame number
- Tag number
- Original dealer’s name
- Postal code
- Approximate purchase date
We will work with the relevant distributors to confirm whether you are the first retail owner. The more information you provide, the easier it will be for us to locate and verify the original purchase record.

Can I trade in a Tern, Dahon or Bickerton bike that is out of warranty?
Yes. Eligible bicycles do not need to be within the warranty period.

Yes. We may be able to verify the purchase through the relevant distributor.
What if I no longer have my receipt?
Email us with your name, bike model, frame number, tag number, dealer details, postal code and approximate purchase date. We will try to verify your ownership.
Does the bike need to be complete?
Yes. The bicycle must include the frame, wheels, handlebars, seat post and saddle.
Who is eligible for the trade-in credit?
