We have has so many customers through the years and we have just launch this year’s over trade program for first retail owners of authorised Tern, Dahon and Bickerton bikes with a creidit that you can use against your next purchase(s) for a Tern, Bickerton and Dahon.
We will accept bikes that are out of warranty and even bikes from authorised dealers who no longer operate but the bike must have be complete – frame, wheels, handlebars, seat post and saddle.
If you are unable to find your original receipt and warranty registration, do not fret, email us with the info and we will work with the Distributors to confirm your status as first owners.
