Returns and exchanges

ReturnS Policy


All products, once sold are non-returnable.

However, exceptions will be made for faulty products provided they are reported to us (see email below) within 3 days of acceptance of delivery.

All faulty products must be returned to us in their original packaging and must be accompanied with the sales invoice with the date of purchase and serial number clearly printed on it for verification.

Please also give a brief description of the fault with the product.

Local Return Policy
Return of products will be arranged at the outlet where the product was originally purchased.

 

Exchange Policy


Once a product has been sold it cannot be exchanged except for one of the following reasons:

  • Products received are different from what is stated on the invoice; i.e. wrong goods are delivered. Please note that photographs are taken of all tuned bike orders for our reference so we will be able to verify what was delivered.
  • Faulty products due to manufacturer’s defects. If the product(s) received is wrong or faulty there will be a one-to-one exchange of that same product.

To exchange a product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the goods.

Missing items
If there should be anything missing item(s) from your order please contact us within 3 working days of receiving the goods. Our representative will arrange to deliver the missing item(s).

Local Exchange Policy

REFUNDS


Refunds (if applicable) exclude clothing and ‘on sale’ items. Only regular priced bikes/accessories will be refunded.

  • Refunds will only be considered if the date of delivery has exceeded the original promise date by 60 days.
  • Refunds will take up to 14 working days to effect as we need to capture GST reversals.
  • Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotions, hence vouchers cannot be refunded as well.
  • The start date of refund will be by way of an email or signed form at the store. .

WARRANTies


All warranties will be based upon the terms and conditions of the respective manufacturer and local distributor.
