Warranty and Local Support Terms
After the bicycle has been handed over, warranty-related requests must be submitted to:

- Each warranty-related lodgement incurs a S$100 local dealer support charge per instance.
- The official distributor will first assess whether the reported issue falls within the manufacturer’s warranty scope.
- If the issue is confirmed as covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, repair labour and handling will begin at S$100 per hour.
- Local support and handling charges are separate from the manufacturer’s warranty assessment.
- Payment of these charges does not guarantee that a claim will qualify for warranty coverage.
